Step 1
Attach the tension ring onto the vacuum tube by means of a light squeeze.
 
Step 2
Apply a ring of lubricant to the tension ring.
 
Step 3
Place the pump with the tension ring onto the penis head and start pumping.
 


The natural pumping motion will rapidly and smoothly draw the penis through the ring into the vacuum tube. Stop pumping after about 6 seconds and then wait for a few minutes for a firm erection to develop. While waiting, both hands are free to continue with foreplay.


After a firm erection has developed, release the pump with a light squeeze on the tension ring. Leave the tension ring at the base of the penis to maintain the erection for up to 30 minutes.

After intercourse, gently remove the tension ring from the penis.
